LONG TIME, NO UPDATE
With 2019 roaring in (please, PLEASE be better than 2018), I’m trying to get back into my blogging groove and start posting weekly updates again. For books I’ve read that are releasing this week, I’ve just posted a review for
Going Down and will be posting reviews for
My Fake Canadian Wife (f/f set in Canada with a Brazilian MC and a librarian MC) and
The Apprentice Sorceress (fantasy romance with a trans hero and Black heroine).
I set a Goodreads challenge this year for 300 books, and as of today I’ve read 5 books, 1 book ahead of schedule. Besides Goodreads, I’m also doing the Romance-opoly challenge this year as well as @maria_reads Romance Book Bingo – posts about those coming soon!

Coming up next week, we’ve got a best-friend’s-brother forced proximity romance, a Pakistani retelling of Pride & Prejudice, and a quick review of a backlist read set on New Year’s Eve at a library.
