8 books I'm looking forward to in 2018

While I know I haven’t hit all the books I’m looking forward to in 2018, here’s a short list of anticipated reads.

Heart on Fire (Kingmaker Chronicles #3) – Amanda Bouchet – January 2, 2018

OK, this one releases tomorrow, so not that long of a wait! I recently read this series, and I’m actually kinda glad I waited, because I think I would’ve combusted if I had to wait much longer.

Ivan (Gideon’s Riders #3) – Kit Rocha – Spring 2018

I absolutely devoted their Beyond series last year, and the first two books in the Gideon’s Riders series. I’m eagerly awaiting this one.

Obsidio (The Illuminae Files #3) – Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristof – March 13, 2018

I adored (absolutely adored) the first two books, and I cannot wait for the conclusion.

Hurts to Love You (Forbidden Hearts #3) – Alisha Rai – March 27, 2018

Have I read the second book yet? No, but I loved the first one so much I’m already anticipating loving the other two books as well.

Magic Triumphs (Kate Daniels #10) – Ilona Andrews – May 8, 2018

The last Kate Daniels book *cries*. I’ve basically blocked the day out on my calendar and told my husband I’ll be reading all day, and then recovering from finishing the last book. I’m not kidding.

Scandal Above Stairs (Kat Holloway Mysteries #2) – Jennifer Ashley – July 3, 2018

I recently read the first one, and I’m desperate to learn more about Daniel.

Night and Silence (October Daye #12) – Seanan McGuire – October 2018

I’ve been reading this series since the beginning, and every book seems to just get better and better. Though the book usually comes out Labor Day weekend, it seems this one has been pushed to October?
